Set Up Consultation

Call or email us to schedule a consultation. While we prefer to meet in person, quotes can also be give by phone or email.

After an appointment is scheduled, you may fill out our questionnaire to help us better understand your event. 


Getting to Know You

Because we custom design every wedding, we want to know your taste and style. We do this through Pinterest, magazine clippings, and all the web images you love and even ones you do not like to give us a feel of what you are expecting. Other helpful items to bring along are pictures of bride and bridesmaids dresses, swatches of colors you are working with to build your wedding's color palette, making a list of people you will need to supply with corsages and boutonnieres, and even bring another person along that knows your style and look of the wedding to help you make decisions. 

Bringing Your Vision to Life

During the initial consult we know all the right questions to ask to help bring your vision to life. Initial consultations will last from 45 minutes to an hour. During most consultations you will be shown examples of real flowers, design elements such as ribbon, vases, candelabras, candles & other elements that compliment your style to create the perfect event.

I Want Green's

Come prepared to make a decision. Many times we will give you a quote on the spot or email you an estimate/rough draft with a few days of giving us a deposit. We will work with you to stay inside your budget the best we can. A deposit of $100 is required to hold the date and any hardware that is being rented.

What's Next?

Check floral off your list for now. We don't need to know anything else for awhile. It isn't until our next meeting that we will need more details about the event. For example, a more firm guest count, a table count if doing centerpieces, all the people who need flowers, and a firm idea of your chairs, linens & any other decor items. You will want to have this figured out for this meeting. 


This is where we really bring your vision to life. At this meeting, you will see a sample of your flowers and centerpieces (per request). You can bring in any outside containers, candles or decor items that we may need to set up the event. This is also when we will get the final counts. Bring in any layout from your venue and all questions from your coordinator. We will go over final costs and your  balance will be due at least 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm ordering the flowers.
